Teams must receive an invitation from the tournament to participate. Boats are required to stay at Scrub Island Marina unless there is no available dockage and in such cases boats may stay in an alternative BVI location. During the event no boats are allowed to reside outside of BVI waters to participate in the Scrub Island Invitational Billfish Series.
